MSC 101 Introduction to Marine Science
This course will introduce students to the broadinterdisciplinary field of marine science.Physical, chemical and biological oceanography will be presented in interactive classes andlaboratory exercises. Relevant topics, such aslocal coastal systems, tropical-temperaturetransitions, and environmental issues will bediscussed. Field trips will explore local ecosystems.
