MGT 350 Project and Operations Management
This course is intended to introduce thestudent to the activities necessary to produceand deliver goods and services in today'sbusinesses. Project management will beemphasized as a major technique to plan, schedule and control important projects. Other concepts to be covered include design, totalquality management/six sigma, inventory,facility layout, supply chain management,capacity planning and reliability/maintenance.The ability to operate under a variety ofconstraints is emphasized in the course.
