DSIM 725 Quantitative Methods Executive Decision
This course will expose students to advancedquantitative and analytical skills designed tohelp candidates make well-informed, data-drivendecisions while considering key objectives,alternatives, constraints, and uncertainty orrisk. Students successfully completing thiscourse will be better equipped to scopequantitative problem sets and be able torecognize when and where quantitative methodsshould be included in the decision makingprocess. Topics will come from both deterministicand stochastic areas. The course provides toolsthat can be applied to executive decision-makingfrom both aspects of management science.
