This course focuses on the activities necessary toproduce and deliver goods and services in today'sbusiness entities. The concepts that helpmanagers deal with these activities (design, totalquality management/six sigma, project management,supply chain management, capacity planning, etc)are examined with practical applications.Operations within both traditionalproduction-oriented manufacturing firms andservice-based organizations are covered.
