DSIM 535 Quantitative Approaches Decision-Making
This course introduces students to a group ofquantitative tools designed to enhance managerialdecision-making. Topics to be covered includebreak-even analysis, linear programming,inventory control models (EOQ), waiting linemodels, simulation, decision theory, time seriesforecasting and project management (PERT and CPM).
