This course is intended to inform EMBA students ofthe capabilities and value of a new set of toolsthat is increasingly being used by modernbusinesses to obtain competitive advantage in themarketplace - Business Analytics. These analyticaltools are being employed across virtually allbusiness functional and other data/informationdriven areas such as marketing, finance, businessintelligence, information management and corporatestrategy. Students will be familiarized with"cutting-edge" topics such as the advances in datamining, data correlation and statistical methods,data reduction techniques, the interpretation ofdata and artificial intelligence.
