PSYC 250 Tip/Theory of Mind
The ability to read another person's mind is relegated to the realm of science fiction, but in fact we all read minds to some extent whenever we decide whether someone is lying, what our significant other feels, or what motivates our friends. Topics will include how theory of mind develops, the "mindblindness" explanation of autism, and individual differences in adults' perspective taking. Prerequisite: B- in either PSYC 110 or 111.
