ART 253 Print and Paper
In this introductory course students will produce handmade paper using Eastern and Western traditions and a variety of traditional fibers and recycled materials. Students will print on their handmade paper using relief and intaglio techniques such as linocut, collagraph, solar plate and monoprint. Each student will make a small book using a selection of their paper and prints. Prerequisites None. $100 Lab Fee plus materials. (EL, GEO 2)
