CRIJ 3313 Crisis Resolution in the Justice System
Communication abilities and crisis resolutiontechniques are critically important skill sets forcontemporary justice system practitioners. This course will provide students the opportunity to critically examine key communication principles and concepts with are directly applicable forjustice system practitioners in their daily occupational duties. Verbal de-escalation andcrisis resolution techniques will be taught and demonstrated during the course.
