FRTY 1315 Silviculture 2: Applied Silviculture
This course follows Silviculture 1 and applies principles of forest management and various methods of establishing, maintaining, harvesting, renewing, and sustaining forest resources with attention to the environmental conditions necessary for healthy forests and the effects of forestry practices on the ecology of the forest. Field laboratories are conducted to apply the various methods of establishing, maintaining, conserving, and regenerating forest resources. (1/2/3)
