Taylor Opportunity Program for Students (TOPS)

TOPS is a program of state scholarships for Louisiana residents. Each of the scholarships within TOPS are merit based, determined on CORE courses completed, ACT/WorkKeys Scores and CORE GPA. The Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance determines eligibility.
