BIOL 311 Field Botany

Field and lab identification, systematics, natural history, and ecology of vascular plants and components of natural communities and their relationships to ecological features, including stratification, history, plant zonation, adaptation, and animal interactions are examined. Taxonomic relationships of plant families and higher groups are covered. Project or plant collection required.
