MBB-100 MORTGAGE BANKING BOUND

Mortgage Banking Bound brings together the critical elements of mortgage banking and tells the story of how one can succeed from day one on the job. Students will be exposed to all facets of the loan lifecycle including loan production (how a loan is made), loan servicing (how monthly payments are collected), and the secondary market (how money is made). Students will also learn about the laws and regulations that govern real estate finance and the unique technology that allows the industry to evolve and best serve the American consumer. Through 100 hours of in-person instruction and interactive conversations with industry leaders, students will walk away with an understanding of how strengths and interests align with career opportunities at companies who are ready to hire. Pre-requisite: HS Diploma, GED or equivalent; Basic Math concepts.
