ENGT 4326 Quality Control and Lean Six Sigma

This course familiarizes students with Total Quality Management principles, methods and practices. Statistical Quality Control, including probability and statistics, control charts for variables and attributes, and acceptance sampling are covered. In addition, course will introduce students to Lean and Six Sigma and their basic principles. Students will apply tools critical to six sigma along with gaining knowledge of the principles, roles, and responsibilities of Six Sigma and Lean.
