New Product Development covers in detail the new product development (NPD) process that is widely used by companies of varying sizes and industries. Many important issues often encountered in new product development such as strategic planning for new products will be examined and discussed. A variety of cutting-edge techniques and useful methods for creativity stimulation and innovation management will be studied as well. The course material is essential to business success for companies interested in innovation.

Junior standing. All students pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Economics, or Bachelor of Science in Materials Management and Logistics from VCoBE, must apply for and be admitted to VCoBE before they are allowed to enroll in the Advanced Business Core and Major coursework for their degree.
